question : enemy details during game

I'm not able to find enemy details about identified enemy units. For example during my British 'The screen' scenario, I've identified 3x Strela-2 MANPADS. Very nice that I know wich units I'm up against but together with a name I need data. What is the max range that a Strela can fire, is it a all-weather weaponsystem etc...So basically what I'm asking is is there a 'subunit inspector F-6' way to look at enemy units or something similar? Even though the Intel staff report is a very informative screen, it doesn't give me more than names (if ID'd) and estimations of units.

F6 -> Change source to something like "CW 80s Soviet Union (1980-1989)" -> change scope to "All subunits for this scenario".

yikes, that's an obscure setting.
I was trying to get intel on the enemy units and after about 10 minutes of looking thru the numerous screens I just assumed it wasn't in the game.
