i am in the 1080 1920 resolution and the bottom of the game screen is going of the bottom of my tv srceen and thats on the very first screen when you open the game.so how can you adjust this.

I am on windows 10 laptop dedicated graphics card.
Then hdmi to bigger screen 1920x1080 dpi 100%.

Changing maintain aspect ratio and maintain display scaling in display settings.
This changed it slightly but not enough.

Then i changed resulotion from 1920X1080
to 1680 x 1050 and it worked (i think).well i opened and started a scenrio.

Oddly enough 1280x1024 i was to able to open a scenario.

To clarify, what is your laptop's resolution, and what is the TV/Monitor's resolution? Also, what is your Windows Scaling percentage set to?

laptop's resolution is 1600x900
tv resolution is 1920 x 1080
Windows Scaling percentage 100% ( this is not right see below)
perhaps it doesnt like that the laptop is 1600 x900

i can get into a scenario by starting game in 1680 x1050
Then i can change screen resolution to 1920 x1080 if i then push F11 in this resolution i lose the bottom tool bar.
And also even though i am in 1920 x1080 i dont think its displaying it right.

after a little more thinking it looks like the laptop resolution is capping the resolution and i am am not getting 1920 x1080 on my tv screen (which i thought i was).i have been googling this and there seems to be settings between the 2 that need to be correct for it to work.i havent yet tried this yet.

this last paragraph is wrong .
i have now solved my own problem . i am always in 1366 x 768 resolution which is 100% windows scaling(dpi) i only change it if i have to.
whats happens is when i change to 1920 x 1080 the windows scaling automatically goes up to 150% (i never know this).
i have to change the windows scaling back down to 100% after i have changed the resolution.
i have tried this and of course it works pefectly .now
funnily enough i may still play the game in 1600 x 1050 i rather like it .
