Im playing as France, all others are AI. Im at war with Britain, and declared war on Berg which has a garrison of 1. I move a Corps into the area but the system tells me when I try to besiege it, that I dont have an eligible unit. I have tried to forage for supply but not use unused movement points and have tried to only use depot supply, but either still get the same result or the system skips the land combat phase entirely. How do I conquer this area?
