Artillery fire on Rusçuk fort (51.23)

Not about ACW but what is the point of artillery firing in mentioned port about '93 war'? no damage. Is there any designer interested answering no damege in port?

There's not really any benefit to shooting at the port. Maybe tell your artillerists to fire at the fortress instead

Not sure why I did shot port or post it here. Some rules I forget about the game.
All infantry have 1 spotting range makes it interesting scenario in pbem also. Cossacks have 3 and bashi-bozuk have 2 spotting range. Both sides have limited recruitment of those. It is all good. Thanks.
