I have just reinstalled the game and the manual seems to be the same at is has been since the beginning, they are dated 2019 & 2022.
Is there any updated version available OR a list of changes from patches ?

One thing I have noticed is that in the manual:
'Rail is repaired at a rate of 3 hexes per turn if the map supply level is 5 or higher.'
However I have been playing the Barbarossa scenario and the rate appears to be 2 hexes. Am not sure if this is universal or just for this scenario and cannot find anywhere with information.

IIRC it was reduced from 3 to 2 to help the Soviets since the Germans were very often advancing too fast.

But my main question is, are these changes documented and where can I look them up ?

Sometimes I miss updating things in the manual.

I try and work out all the bugs early during release. Thus why you haven't seen a manual update in a while. I don't like broken things and I tend to fix them ASAP.

Rail repair rate is 2. When my next update comes around I already fixed that in the manual. WarPlan Pacific is correct at 2 hexes per turn.

As for additional change the WarPlan EBOOK is the latest one.
