This year marks the 25th anniversary of Matrix Games, and such occasion deserves something special.

To celebrate, we are glad to announce that two brand-new scenarios are now free for everyone who owns Combat Mission Fortress Italy.



Here are the details:

Il Serpente:
Central Italy, South of Rome, Frosinone Province, September 13, 1943
After the Italian Armistice of Sept 3, German High Command implemented Operation Achse: to disarm the Italian military and secure strategic, Italian territory throughout the country. 29th Panzer Grenadier Division, is tasked with removing the Italian 136th Armored 'Centauro' Division from key points along the Latina Valley.
Conditions:  Overcast, Cool, Dry ground



Yankee Hotel Foxtrot:
Northeast Sicily, Carone Mountains, August 13, 1943
Northeast of Randozzo, the U.S. 9th Inf. Div. clashes with rearguard elements of the German 15th Infantry Division attempting to slow the drive on Messina. German and Italian units are putting up fierce resistance in order to buy time for the evacuation of Axis forces to the mainland.

Hi, there was a last minute problem, but it has now been fixed. You should be able to download the latest version of the game from the product page or the members area.

That doesnt work, for many of us that bought the game from battlefront we dont get it showing up in my page.

Hi, If you had purchased the game through the Battlefront store, you need to register the serial on our site to access further updates, including the anniversary update.

You’ll need to download the full 5.1 GB latest patch to unlock the free content.

I don't see a patch on my downloads page. There seems to be a new installer. Do we need to do a full re-install
to get 2 scenarios?

I'm glad somebody asked that question.

How about a response here???!!!!!!!! This is F'n ridiculous. You guys say there are new free scenarios and then don't provide us a way to locate and download them. What the hell.

Hi guys, if you’ve downloaded the latest version of the game, you should already find the scenarios in-game.

What fun. My game is NonSteam. I get 2 free scenarios but my 2 dlc's dont work. I downloaded the the dlc's again to install and they say I have install the latest main game for them to install. But that is installed since I can see the 2 scenarios.

UPDATE: Started from scratch..uninstalled everything. Cleaned registry. Installed main game. No problem. New missions showed. Then moved on to DLC installation. I copied and pasted the DLC serial numbers to the installation of installation wizard. Didn't work.
Next day I tried again -copy and paste- on 4th attempt it worked on one DLC! Copy and pasted on next DLC..it didn't work. . Then I tried typing the very long serial number in.
That worked.
Must be the coding to the DLC installers. Everything works now. Weird.
