Advisor suggestions for fleet missions still need some work

Platform: Steam
Build version: started with v1.3.3.4 Beta + Expansion and all DLCs
Severity: Low
Annoyance factor: High (because of the suggestion constant repetition!)
Saved game:
The advisor is suggesting sending 2nd Fleet (strength 2,426) at Kaivalya to deal with the Gravillex at that location (KNOWN strength: 7,975! They are currently visible (see 2nd screenshot below)).
What makes it worst is that, earlier in the game (not too long ago), automated 2nd Fleet went there, saw the Gravillex, and immediately ran away. Despite that, and despite that the game knows the current strengths of the Gravillex and of 2nd Fleet, it wants to repeat the operation.
That it sent 2nd Fleet the first time “could” make some sense, because the location is inside a Gravitic Storm Nebula, one could argue that interference with sensors made it necessary to go there and see directly what’s at that location. But now that the Gravillex are visible, it doesn’t make sense.
It’s as if the advisor suffers from both amnesia and stupidity (or extreme temerity?).
Also, please include the hostiles' strength in the advisor message, so the decision can be taken without having to go to Dangerous Locations and manually locate the corresponding entry in the list each and every time the advisor makes a similar suggestion.
EDIT:
Continuing the game, what's even more aggravating is that, even though I've declined its suggestion, the advisor keeps bringing it back continuously (I don't want to change the suggest policy right now, because of my other fleets).
EDIT #2
Another suggestion (beside including the threats' strength in the advisor suggestion): a button, in CC's Dangerous Locations list, to specify, for a given entry in the list, that we expressly don't want fleets to be assigned to that location. That would prevent the incessant and immensely annoying advisor messages! Of course, it should be reversible; meaning that it should be possible in the future to deactivate that "ignore" order/mission, or to actively queue that location for fleets to be assigned to it.
EDIT #3
I've just seen the same problem in a new game started with 1.3.3.6 Beta.
