Hi all,

Looking for an American Civil War hex game that has an editor and I can change as much as possible, unit names and strength, battle sizes etc

Strategic Command American Civil War, appears to do this?

Any suggestions, thanks

Yes, Part 2 of the Manual is dedicated to doing all the things you're talking about, using the Editor that comes with the game.
