[1.27e+e2]Zone bug after city capture

During the turn where I capture the city of Ziemmerbach (44,34), it immediately takes a large zone around itself, which prevents me from doing anything in this zone and it is impossible for me to modify it with the zone border mode command.
Before the last patch, the city only had its own tile, and that was perfect. Its territory only expanded the following turn. Now it's stealing assets that don't belong to it. And since it's in conquest mode, there's nothing we can do about it.

Another example: I have just conquered Roqiens and I cannot create a new formation because this huge zone is under conquest.

Before the last patch ...
It is very old problem, iirc, from 1.20o
You can shrink newly conquested zone only on the next turn
Funny - you can expand it instantly, do make a save first :)

About a "last patch" - from 1.25 - I've never make more 100 turn, never conquest any zone, can't say anything

noted. its complicated. but i am adding to longer term todo list. as enemy zone's are conquered they shrink. often till 1 city hex and its also bad form to get these tiny zones upon conquest with former zone assets falling outside the new zone.

half year or maybe a year ago (I forgot the version) the borders of the conquered zone were restored exactly along the original borders of this zone
is it possible to make some reduction of this zone, to reasonable limits?
