[FIXED] Aircraft Do Whatever They Want in CMO

Aircraft will not go where I want them to go. I change the base. Order RTB. They fly in circles.
I set an F3 course. They fly in circles.
I set a landing point with 0 altitude and zero speed. They fly in circles.

Here is an example from the same scenario, started from the beginning, where the refusing to RTB is reproducible in B1776.
Sugar1 took off from Sidi Slimane. Changed base to Dakar and ordered RTB. Started doing it and then refused and started to circle.
To reproduce. Load the scenario. Select Sugar1 that is circling. Plot a course, will do it, then order RTB and will start circling.
I can create a new thread if needed, but it is what Goofeyfoot reported, just in the last build.

There is a Sugar 2 unit landed in Tan Tan.
If you take off, plot an course, change base to Dakar and then order RTB, it will work.
The differences between S2 and S1 is that Sugar 2 is nearer Dakar and that is loaded with less cargo.
So perhaps the bug is related with the calculations for, there is enough fuel to RTB to Dakar or not? According to the blue range Sugar 1 should have no problems, but.

Issue is now fixed.
You might still see aircrafts circling around but that is only temporary and will last only until the pathfinder has finished generating a course.
