Small question: Multiple orders and assault delay ?

Assault delay cannot be less than 15 minutes.
But what is happening if you give a combined order ? (Move hasty, then move deliberate, then assault).
Did the 15 minutes minimum order delay apply at the start, but then the transition between orders is smooth ?
Or did an additional delay is added between the transition between move deliberate and assault ?

For the Move Hasty, Move Deliberate, Assault sequence, you get an orders delay for Move Hasty before the unit starts moving, and a (smaller) orders transition delay when going from Hasty to Deliberate, and from Deliberate to Assault.
The orders delay to start a Move Hasty is smaller than for an Assault, so you'll be moving out quicker, but incur some delay during the subsequent transitions.
I wouldn't worry too much about the differences in time, and focus on using Move Hasty where you feel your units are safe to move quickly in compact formation, and choose Move Deliberate or Assault for their ability to fight on the move and ability to push through (Assault) or clear out (Deliberate) enemy positions.

Not sure if it is a bug or WAD, some time this movement transition will go through the normal delay.

see the delay between 1501 and 1507
Maybe that's because the HQ is moving together with subunits ?
