I'm clearly doing something wrong with this and perhaps missing something obvious - I've tried matching the file sizes in the 'divisions' folder when creating new images, but am getting results that don't fit in the middle of the unit icon in game.

Thanks in advance for any help.

You need 3 different png in this 3 graphics folders :
