programs downloaded with the game appear to have messed up something on my computer

Hello. I recently installed the remastered version. I'm not sure if its related. But after finishing the download and installing the additional recommended programs. It seems to have affected something on my computer. any time I try and watch a video on youtube. the video won't play. it just pauses immediately. if i click play it just unpauses for one single second.

Hello SullyRob, sorry to hear about your problem. I have not seen something like this reported previously. What is installed after the game install are the C++ redistributables and the .NET framework, which should be business-as-usual.
Just to make sure, have you rebooted your computer in case it is something else?
