Are there west german Bundeswehr only campaigns ?

Do unit losses carry forward, do they gain any experience etc.?

Unit losses carry forward, although your campaign force will have reserves flowing in, to make up some of the losses (this happens between the scenarios).

Surviving units still gain experience (increase of training level), with the gain being larger for inexperienced (untrained) units than for trained units.
