I didn't receive the option of DE 604, even though I conquered Vichy France with Italy almost a year ago. My opponent did do DE 125 - operation Catapult, but not sure if that is related. Could a dev please comment?

DE 604 only triggers if the UK fails to support the Free French, it is mentioned in the Strategy Guide under DE 100, but not DE 604, so I'll get that added there too.
