Garrison gloom

Here's what happens when you leave a city ungarrisoned for two days. Made a timing error in that the units I had there left before the new unit arrived, just two days
with me.

That's what happens when the die don't like you that turn.
I usually don't have much of a problem with the garrisoning of China's bases....GP
