Resolution Mismatch in 1.3.4.0 (with linked Video)

I describe the Problem in the linked Video.
My native language is German, so you have to wait until Youtube has dubbed/created the Voiceover.
You have to select then the language appropriate for you.

P.S. and TLDR:
DW2 opens the game always (for me) in the main monitor. SO, it selects when both monitors are active the primary monitor for the game, but uses the resolution of the second. AND
in "high dynamic range" the resolution is not selectable at all.

a) The resolution is not shown correct when using more than one monitor.
b) High dynamic range rendering removes the resolution drop down menue.
