Changing OKH & AG's commanders

Hi guys. Question about changing OKH and Army Group commanders in the 1941 Grand Campaign. I read the manual, know the rules, so I'm asking more about your in-game experience.

1) Is it worth investing AP and changing the top leadership? I've already changed Corps and Army commanders (even one RHG commander). I think that having good commanders in the top positions could improve the checks of directly assigned units?

2) Is it worth assigning your best commanders like Guderian or Manstein to OKH or Army Groups, or is it better to choose from the "not assigned" pool?

3) Am I right in thinking that the most important rating for OKH & AG's commanders is the administration and maybe inf/mech ratings?

Thanks.

Maybe this Thread helps.
Q-Ball's idea in the initial post is already pretty accurate on how you can consider approaching things.

One problem with reassigning to OKH is that the AI may just revert back to who they had before, and the APs are wasted.

Thanks guys.

While I was hesitating whether to change army group commanders, computer changed AGN commander von Leeb to Keitel after a few winter losses. Keitel has better morale, but worse initiative or infantry/mech rating. Probably this change is not for the better for me, right?
