[Q][1766] Time on Target for Cargo Delivery Missions

Is it possible to set up a Cargo Delivery mission with time on target? Contrary to patrol missions, there seems to be no reaction to entering a ToT and then pressing CREATE FLIGHT PLAN. In the attached see the "Resupply" Cargo mission. Am I missing something?

IIRC time-on-target is used for strike and patrol missions, not cargo delivery.

Further to your answer, playing with the uploaded attachment, I noticed that setting a Take off time does not work either (i.e. the flight takes of as soon as the planes are available). The only work around for me to integrate an Air Drop in the timeline of an Operation is by setting an activation trigger for the mission at the desired take off time. It would be nice if Take off time and Time on Target worked for cargo as well
