The Spanish manual will be in the first update to WIS, roughly 2-3 weeks out we estimate. But here is a copy of it for those who are interested. I had to split it into two sections due to file size restrictions on the site. The splitting operation resulted in some renumbering of the TOC entries in the second half. Apologies. When the full manual is in the game as one doc, this issue will be resolved.
