Decisive Campaigns: Barbarossa isnt opening

I got the game a few days ago but it isn't opening. When I try to play it, a white box (says DC3 Game menu when I hover over it) pops up for a few seconds then disappears again. Can someone help? I don't get that problem with the Ardennes Offensive game
