In the attached screenshot,
1. What determines that the "logistics cap" is equal to 36? That is, in addition to the admin ability of the leader.
2. Why is the "Truck pts" equal to 4? How is this 4 related to the list of "unit is compose of"?
3. What units is "path" measured? Hours?
4. "Remining trucks" means those not used in "Truck and foot Mixed"?
5. The "remaining trucks: 26" means 26 tons of stuff can be moved in 24 hours?
6. How is the logistics cap related to "Transport Capacity"?
7. Are horse wagons = trucks? Are pack mules = trucks?

Thanks

3. What units is "path" measured? Hours? I do believe in nautical miles, nm.
4. "Remining trucks" means those not used in "Truck and foot Mixed"? I believe that is when the supply path is partially carried by wheels and partially carried by foot
5. The "remaining trucks: 26" means 26 tons of stuff can be moved in 24 hours?
6. How is the logistics cap related to "Transport Capacity"? I do believe that it is the capacity of carrying troops by vehicle, if you see how many are walking. You can add captured vehicle devices to increase this but the mules will still travel by foot.
7. Are horse wagons = trucks? Yes because they are wheeled. Are pack mules = trucks? No, they are foot. Because of this, they will move supplies better in rough and mountain terrain. They can be together in a logistical unit and the wheels will go so far and then the foot supply takes over.

Thanks
Those are the best answers that I can give.

The unit does appears to be fully supplied right now.

Without a picture of the unit in regards to the supplying base, I can't give much more information than this. I play testing the engine, not the logistics and I just didn't get too deep into that.

Rj,
Thanks for your response.

In the attached screenshot, the unit in the first posting is part of the 28 AV hex. The supply source is one hex away to the northwest. That is, the distance is 5 NM. So, I'm confused by the foot path being 20 while the truck path being 3.6. The manual refers to "Path Time Cost," so I was guessing the numbers had a time unit (hours?)

The attached screenshot also shows information for the 28 AV hex. It says that 10 vehicles exist in the hex. But I count 19 mule sections and 7 horse wagons in that hex.

I see, though, that the hex to the southwest (with units from both sides) has lots of trucks, so perhaps the trucks available in the 28 AV hex comes partly from this hex with lots of trucks. (I can see that I should have had this transportation unit "follow" as it moved without any combat units into that contested hex.)

What a mess! There was never a shortage of supplies on either side; everyone had food in abundance. There was never a shortage of weapons, nor did either side ever have food problems. However, after the war there was a lot of hunger, hardship, and dictatorship. You've really outdone yourselves with this simulation, and if this is a criticism of the game, then by all means, keep playing. maybe good game.

I will give you a suggestion, "Detach" your disabled devices and move them to the supply base and set your unit to receive replacements. The disabled devices will become a "RSV" unit. Hospitals, hospital ships, medical squads, and ambulances help to "heal" these devices. While not strictly "logistics" as some might think because it is not "Beans, Bullets, or Fuel" they will help your units perform better. You can also set units to train and that unit is a poorly trained mob!
