Zoom out and Scenario borders

More of a request than a technical issue.

Would it be possible to make it so that when playing a scenario - say the tutorial, the ability to pan around the map isnt constrained by the area the scenario is being played in?

I ask because it prevents me enjoying the map and zooming out further.
Its also a little jarring or frustrating hitting the wall of the map..especially if I want to centre on a unit that is near the edge of a playable area.
