Is this a WEGO game?

I've looked, but I can't find this info anywhere, sorry if I'm missing something obvious
If I play against AI and click "end turn", will both mine and AI's orders be resolved simultaneously?

Yes in the sense that the AI will give its units orders and both sets of orders will be executed at the same time.
