Database error(s). All non base hexes default to German

1. As [er title all of the non base hexes default to being German. Given that LCU losses multiplayer is different for fighting on allied vs enemy territory it seams like a major debuff to the Republicans.

2. There exist 4 variations of horse cart unit (Republican, Italian, Republica Norda and Nationalist) they are identical but for 1 feature. The nationalist Horse Cart is the only one with the field 'fast' ticked in the editor. Is is by design or is that an omission one way or another?

Design error. Someone was lazy and someone else will have to fix it. Thanks for finding this!
Edit for clarification: I was only referring to this.

1. Not an issue. The hexes are not German. But if you request unit data for a hex with no force, then the game cannot find a nation be present and so the 1st nation on your side is chosen for data shown.

Hexes with troops in them are also labelled as German

And behaviour is the same when playing Republicans.

Your screenshots show the LCU list pop-up and not the hex info.
If you click on the Hex Info field (left corner below the map) you'll see who is in control of a hex (of a hex that doesn't contain a base).
I'ld expect that you'll find Republican hexes under Republican control and Nationalist hexes under Nationalist control. If not please post a screenshot that shows the hex info.

Ok, you are right the hex info data shows correct nations. Sorry for the bother. Nevertheless "Germany" consistently popping up on LCU list pop up is a tad confusing.
