4(5) player World at War 1939-1945?

Can I drum up any interest in a 4(5)-player game of toaw4: World at War 1939-1945 scenario? This is the best scenario in my opinion. 2 European theater players and 2 Pacific players. Each side circulates the .sav file until all the rounds are finished, then gives the .pbl to the opposition.
A Soviet player will need to be found, but not until 22 June 1941. Turns should only take <30m. 3.5 days given for each side to move.
