Logistic unit 8029 has wrong OOB

This one is for Piteas:
The logistic unit 8030 that it is under 96ª Brigada Mixta of 39ª Division is wrong placed there, it should go under 8029 parent Levante N.2 Columna de Milicia of the 21ª Division, that in fact lack logistic subunit.
