Mech and Tank Corps gone from build list

Its 31st jan 1943, T85, and Mech and Tank Corps have disappeared from the list of buildable units.

Phew. Thanks for that. I had a feeling it might be due to the start of the week being the 31st. Now i can stop crying.

Jan 31st is my birthday so we give all workers the day off to celebrate.
