Restrictions and ships under repair questions

Hi - Are Dutch and free French forces under restriction ever released? When are Australia and New Zealand forces released? Can you remove ships under repair at shipyard/pier side to get them limping underway and avoid airstrikes/invasion? Thanks

Most Dutch and FF LCU's and air units are permanently restricted. Naval units are not.
Yes you can "bring the damaged ships online" again. There is a 3 day delay after you do that. The ships will be grey and a mouse over of the ship will tell you that you have to wait 3 days. Then 2 and 1....GP
