Forgot. I'm on v1.09 Beta - build 1776

1st: Added 4 RP's gave yes on add zone,
In zone manager changed zone to custonEnv
Change CEZ weather (rain)
Result: weather change is global

2nd Added 4 RP gaven No on add zone
In zonde manager added a CustomEnv zone with these RP's
Change CEZ weather (rain
Result: weather change local in the zone
