They look like “unfinished” brigades.

The following Brigade size units in the “Lenin Sector” division size unit:
The 128ª Brigada Mixta “looks like” is missing a sappers subunit. I don’t know if bug or wai/wad.
The V. Catalana Columna de Milicia “looks like” is missing…. Everything
. I mean it has “only” parent + logistic + 2 battalion size infantry + 1 company size infantry, it lacks another full battalion size infantry ( or one and a half), sappers, artillery/machine guns… I don’t know if it is bug or wai/wad.
And yesss I know not all Brigade size units were fully filled/formed but what I am going to do with those half formed units? Bah. I wish we could change OOBs up to battalion size. But I think either Dali101 or Alessandro stated that OOB “containers” can only change Brigades or higher size units?.
