The Crossroads at Monthardrou

I've been playing the CM series for 20 years but haven't played since early 2025. To get back in to it before some PBEM games I have been playing the Yanks in a scenario called The Crossroads at Monthardrou.
Seems like a really tough scenario to win as the Yanks vs. AI Germans. I'm wondering what the experience of other players has been.
