Unit Setup in Editor still shows DIV HQ as ENG instead of INF

With the new patch I looked at my test unit in slot #2861 from my copy of the grand campaign scenario.
Here is what I found still:
1) It shows the symbol for a HQ but it says it's an ENG unit
2) The type is 198 which I believe is correct since it's not an HQ such as a corps or army but a "container" (do I have that right?)
3) The shell class is 0-INF Div but the shell type is 0
When I changed the shell type to 2-Div is then showed up as an INF unit. I left the shell capacity empty but I suppose for this type of unit (division headquarters) that field would also have to be filled out to denote it's unit capacity.
I'm not sure if this is still a bug or just hadn't got to for the first patch.
