Couple questions on display items

Couple quick questions. I hit Z to for the display options, but hitting it again only toggles between the 2 options, it does not close the display. Neither does ESC. How do I close the display?
Secondly, my LCU list disappeared. I had it minimized but now it is just not there and I can't figure out how to reopen it. Is there a way? And the primary reason I want to use it is to get to the replacement screen. But is there another way to get there from the other unit lists, or even from the individual unit displays?
