German player cannot move operationally through Briey Mine.
Verdun is at 8, Just taken.
Briey Mine is at 8, Just taken.
Luxembourg City is at 5.
All are German controlled.
There is a ffull strength French Corps in the northern most Maginot line hex.

Operational movement shows I can get TO Briey Mine, but not to Verdun.

The following turn, with Luxembourg at 6, Briey, Verdun and Nancy at 5, the same thing. I can Operationally move to Briey Mine, but not to Verdun, Nancy or adjacent hexes.

It happened at least one previously as well.

The railway doesn't run from Luxembourg directly to Briey, but via the northernmost hex of the Maginot Line, so those French defenders will have to be removed before you can operate any further west.

You're able to deploy at Briey because the operating ends at Luxembourg, and deployment is allowed in the hexes adjacent to the city.
