The game lack of device images for LCU. You can find these images in Art\Weapons. There are 95 total but only 1 for Republicans. Also, seems like there are some images which have non-standart dimensions, I guess that they don't work.
Anyway, I wanted to test and make the picture. I found the photo and made 24-bit BMP 160x80 (37,5 kb). It shows in the editor but doesn't work in the game. Later I found in the folder .txt "HowToCreate", it mentions "These images are to be 24 bit BMP with no color space information". How to set this "no color space information" if I have only Paint.Net? =D

A 24 bit BMP with no color space info has 37.5kb, like your image.

You named the image with the same number as the device?

Yes, it shows in the device list in the editor but not in the game. So I think its because of "no color space information". I need to set it somehow.
