aircraft altitude issue (vs user error?)

I attempted d to fly several helicopters including a UH-1Y at 20 ft ASL . Maybe it's user error but I can't get the helicopter to fly lower than 200 ft.

Attached is the scenario.

Its RTB so its flying at a height that gives it enough range to reach the home base you've given it...but its never going to make it across the ocean because that's way to far. The blue circle around the unit denotes how far it can make it at its current speed/altitude.

If you want to control their altitude manually they will need to be unassigned from going RTB in this case
