Assigning Leader To Army Group F In Balkans Theatre

OK its turn 115 and scrolling through the reinforcement schedule I see Army Group F has just been sent to the Balkans theatre out of curiosity decided to see who was assigned as Army Group Commander, when I got into the theatre box the unit had no Commander.

So I thought what the hell I'm winning I can give the Command a leader, so I hit the unit leader button and this came up !

This has got to be a bug or a glitch, maybe after a turn it will straighten itself out, I will be doing turn 116 very soon but for now thought I would just post this

Update
logged out of the game in early afternoon, logged back in to play and it seems Army Group F now is to able assign German Commanders, some crazy glitches happening

That is odd. The unit has no leader in the data. I thought the units without leaders are given a leader when they arrive.

From an old (December 2023) AI vs AI. Started at game version 01.03.07.
So back then at it worked normal it seems.
I don't think leaders get assigned automatically inside TBs (just on MAP?!).

Didn't notice it was in a TB. No need for a leader until you get on the map, AFAIK.
