Calendar syncing for long campaign scheduling

Hi strategists,
to organize campaign sessions with my group (some of them run for weeks…), we juggle multiple calendars. Result: missed slots, double bookings, confusion.
I’m looking for a way to sync availability without sharing private details, just busy/free status. Manual solutions don’t really hold up when everyone uses different platforms.
If you’ve found a reliable way to keep schedules aligned long-term, that would help a lot. These campaigns need almost military planning
