Call for Fire: Units are firing on hostile targets without explicit orders

I'm running into a bit of an issue with the "Call for Fire" scenario due to the fact that units on both sides are firing at hostile contacts without my explicit orders. While there is a bit of an issue of friendly recon infantry and artillery firing on just about everything in sight, the real problem is that the Argentine Exocet launcher fires the instant it sees the Glamorgan despite the fact that, looking behind the scenes, it's not supposed to open fire until 1030 Zulu. Could you look into this?
