Norway vs Finland Army

The German units that fought on the Finnish front at the beginning of the war were organically subordinate to Nikolaus von Falkenhorst's Norway Army. I suppose the Finland Army (which didn't exist in practice; "Befehlsstelle Finnland" wasn't an army nor autonomous) that Falkenhorst now commands was created so that the German units in the Finnish TB would have a headquarters within their own TB and wouldn't have to depend on a leader located in a different Theater Box. However, this means that the Norway Army doesn't have its historical leader at the start of the game (in fact, it doesn't have one at all). I don't know if the absence of a leader in a Theater Box headquarters is significant and if it might affect the game's events (I mean, accelerating harmful ones). I suppose that some default leader should have that HQ from the beginning.

I'd also like to point out that the XXXVI Mountain Corps in Finland wasn't called that at the start of the war. Its name at that time was simply XXXVI Corps (it was obvious, it did not have any mountain division among its components at that time), the change of name to Mountain Corps occurred in November 1941.
