Moving into a neutral territory

Normally you can't move LCU into a neutral hex. But ...
Set a destination hex to your other base (doesn't matter where), then set a destination hex to a neutral hex. Actually I don't know if it allows to cross the border, I didn't test it. But looks funny.

Do you have a screenshot and a save you could share that shows the issue?

Again.
Choose the LCU. First time set "normal" destination hex (other own base). This LCU again. Second time set (or re-set) destination hex, but now you can choose any neutral hex.

Republicans (maybe FAI  ) are planning to invade Monaco!

I don't know if it really will cross the border or actually will move. But you can set it, normally you can't set. Sorry for a messy explanation.

I do believe that they just go to the border and stop moving.

There is a "Spanish" town located in Portugal, Spanish units can't move there. In an update, the base changes to Portuguese control.
