The mission "Cypriot missile crisis" in the Community scenario pack currently has a major issue - all turkish planes start with reserve loadout and the air bases don't have any ammunition, so another loadout can't be chosen.
I suppose a simple workaround would be to enable unlimited ammunition and extend the mission time to accomodate for the readying delay.
