In the Operation report I have the following message: Insufficient guidance from de HQ (8)
What does it mean ?
What action is expected from my side ?

That is nothing to worry about.

As the game goes on, more HQ units are formed all the way to division to get their guidance. Some Corps level HQs will also be formed.

I have information posted in my AAR about this.
