[FIXED] B1817 Fuse exception WeaponSuitabilityForThisTarget

This save was created while playing in B1776. Loaded it in the last beta and a reproducible exception happens.
Just load and run at double flame, the exception should appear on the screen.
It may also cause this. But it is not reproducible in this save, for this reason I have not created a separate thread.
