As far as reproducing it...I was prosecuting the merchant oilers. and think some of the monte carlo ?? AI took some offensive action against them with torpedos. hope this helps.

When I saw this error some time ago, I think it was the case.

This looks likely to be a UI-driven action. Can you describe a series of UI steps that reliably reproduces this error? Thanks!

I thinks it is related with giving an order to a unit in the precise moment it is destroyed or a bit later.

Just plotting a course is enough and the simplest way to reproduce.
