[v1.30] Setting Ministry Budgets

When I set the ministry budgets within 1-2 turns the budget is reset to something esle.....might be happening as I have some ministries with no ministers???
Hi, If you could mail a savefile to vic@vrdesigns.net that when i press next turn resets the budget please send it to vic@vrdesigns.net
