How to reproduce: Pass a couple turns waiting for the 10th brigade constituents to arrive in huesca (one of which is static). Combine them at around turn 4-5. Move the unit with the sidebar in which it doesn't show up as static.

Does the unit actually move or does it just show the movement orders while it stays there until the static unit is either freed or disbands?
