What can be done with these tanks that are in the Axis' reserve?

WELL they can be used to pump up you tank loss's in you panzer division, I prefer to use them in the motorized division giving them a bigger bite. one of the reasons I put them there is when you attach them in a panzer division they will be absorbed into it, if you attach to a motorized unit they stay as an attachment and can be detached back to whatever Hqs for replenish losses or returned to the reserve.
