Latest Beta on PC crashes on every scenario I have tried. Rolling back to last stable loads fine.

Can you close Command, open an admin-elevated command prompt and run this:

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\ngen.exe update /force

Then run Command again and see if this fixes it.
